Janitza Rodriguez

Janitza has been with the company for 12 years and has more than 15 years’ experience in title and real estate transactions.  She handles residential real estate closings and REO transactions.  She also has extensive experience in handling developer closings.  Janitza is highly organized and is an excellent communicator, both of which skills quickly put buyers at ease throughout their closing process.  Janitza is also fluent in English in Spanish.  Janitza is currently studying for her Real Estate Sales Associate’s license.
